The first set was much tougher than it should have been. So then I went shirtless for the next two sets. As I suspected, it worked.

205 x 2 (Stopped here b/c felt my form was bad enough I could injure myself. I just need to work lighter weights and get my form under control for a bit, I think.)

Metcon:
At Urban, using their DUMB rower. It doesn't turn on right away, then the screen takes forever to get settled...ANNOYING. Anyway, time was 19:56 or so. Slower than last time (about a year ago), but faster than time before that...meh.
