This one messed with me. I felt WAY sick afterward for a long time. Ew.
Used 45# for Snatches and OHS b/c we were at Urban and it made me nervous.
Got 12 full rounds, plus 2 Snatches, plus 4 OHS, plus 2 push-ups.
