Still on the gradual road back - it was nice to see 3 plates again. The knee felt pretty good - if this continues, I'll probably do 335 or 355 next time. Working on my hamstrings and my calf flexibility helps. I also wore my cowboy hat while squatting. This - as everyone knows - is a highly effective rehab technique. Giddyup.

I don't think I conveyed this very well - I was pretty ecstatic to get back to 3 plates. That part was very, very sweet.
