That's not a PR or anything but I haven't deadlifted in a long time. It was fine.
Metcon:
I used 30# dumbbells. I should have used 32.6#, but instead of rounding up, I had to round down. I got 8 rounds on the minute, and 9 rounds plus 5 deadlifts done by the end of 10 minutes.
