4 rounds, each for time, of:
100m run
5 Burpee Box-overs, 20"
10 CTB Pull-ups

Rest 2 min between rounds.


Kiley:

CFE Run:
5 or 6 x 1200m run, resting 2-3 minutes between.  Hold within 5 seconds.

Legs were just fried.

Oh yah, total time (with 3:00 rest between each) was 32:45.
