Squat
45 - 5
135 - 5
225 - 5
305 - 5
--------
340 - 4

Pulled a(nother) muscle in my back before I even took the first rep. All I want to do is squat once per week with moderately heavy weight. Apparently that's a lot to ask for.

RDL
135 - 5
185 - 5
225 - 5

All I felt like I couled do with my back unwilling to bend in any direction.

The first set of squats was Lady Marmalade, so I knew I'd get that set. I don't remember the second set, but I bet it was BSB. The last set started with Queen ("We Will Rock You"), and then it transitioned to "Brown-eyed Girl" - that was a rough transition. Fortunately, I was wearing my sunglasses, so that helped.

My left knee has been feeling a bit twingy (twingey? I don't know - it's not a word anyway) since Friday, so I was concerned about that coming in, but as I warmed up, I tried to focus on shoving my knees out as much as possible, and that seemed to solve the problem since it was fine for the work sets. That said, it's more twingy today than it was yesterday, so I'm hoping I didn't exacerbate things.

Neck

I think Sunday was day 4 of spending 10 minutes a day on my shoulders. My rule is at least 8 minutes on my left shoulder and 2 minutes on my right. So far, I've just been using the lacrosse ball in front of the TV, and that's probably what I'll continue with for now. Today - no discomfort while pressing - that's new and welcome.
