The last time I did this metcon, it was 7:00, so this was good. With that said, on that day, I had also deadlifted 445 x 5, which tied a 5 rep PR at the time, and I had also done pull-ups for max reps - 11, 7, 5 with 3:00 rest. So, on one hand, the lifting might have had an effect on the metcon that day (at any rate, more than handstand practice did today). On the other hand, at the same bodyweight, I'm certainly stronger now (re: DL and pull-ups).
The swings were unbroken - the push-ups were until the last round. Then, they went 12, 4, 4, 4 or something like that (maybe 5 sets?).
