That was 12.5 pounds less than I was scheduled to do today, but considering the condition of my back yesterday, this is a triumph. This morning, I was able (barely) to put my socks on while standing up. This is a big improvement from yesterday morning, so . . . win. It's still not great, but it's better than yesterday.
I used a belt for the first time ever on snatching today - I think it was a good move. I don't know if I'll continue with that or not, but it was good for today.
My back was feeling looser on Friday afternoon than it was in the morning, so I thought I'd give snatching a try again - this time I did 147.5 x 3 x 5, which was what I was scheduled to do, so that was nice. Wore the belt again as well.
