There are two choices: six 50 yd shuttles or five 60 yd shuttles.
To pass the conditioning test:
*less than 200 lbs - 60 seconds and below
*200 lbs-250 lbs - 65 seconds and below
*greater than 250 lbs - 70 seconds and below
Post body weight and pass or fail.

Britney Spears on the last set of squats - didn't help me as much as you would think. The 6th rep almost didn't happen - I watched it on video, and the weight certainly pauses, but it definitely felt like I started to go back down - maybe that was just at the shoulders and not at the hips - I can't tell since I had zoomed in to really watch depth.
Also, I tweaked/twinged/strained something on the right side of my back (kind of mid-back in terms of vertical location) on the 2nd set. I kind of felt it out and thought it would still work for the 3rd set, which it did, and it didn't get worse, but I can definitely feel it, and I hope it's mostly gone for tomorrow's deadlift.
The 300yd shuttle was comprised of 3 down-backs (i.e., the "six 50 yd shuttles" option). I did it in the back alley at CHS - 13 tiles plus two steps is about 50 yds. I went with the six 50 yd shuttles so I had the same number of uphill runs as downhill runs. I rested 3 min. between, but next time I'll stick with 5. I was not terribly impressed with myself.

I did pass for the 200-250 lb division. Yay me.
Scratch that - that 6th rep does come down ever so slightly, so it wouldn't count in a meet, but I'm counting it for training.
Also, I know nobody really cares except me, but this puts my mind at ease.
