Complete 10 rounds - each for time:
6 Single Leg Lateral Hurdle Hops, 12"-16"
20 yd sprint
Rest 60 seconds between rounds
Alternate legs every round for 5 rounds right and 5 rounds left. Start on the side of hurdle and perform a single leg lateral hop over the 12"-16" height landing in a controlled manner on the other side, and repeat. On the 6th jump transition into a 20 yard sprint.

Rode 66 miles in around 5.5 hours, I think. Total bike time around 4 hours...and some change.
Rough ending...the hills were inSANE.

That metcon was fun. It was at least as much agility as it was metcon, and I definitely have room to improve on my agility. My right leg is not quite as good as my left. Odd rounds were left foot, and even rounds were right foot. The 12" box plus 1 mat is 16", but when I added the PVC for the hurdle, the total was almost 17". Close enough.
