Felt the first skin give way at rep 100. Since I wasn't likely to get to 200, I decided it wasn't worth shredding my hands and took it easy the last few minutes.
Goal for next time:
Work on transitioning the bell from hand to hand with a swing, rather than setting it down.

Chain and half of cinder block: 13
Chain: 14
BW: 12
HSPU: 7, 4 (both lame)
Push-ups: 43
Then 4 x 200m, 1 every 2:30.
