Did this stuff on Wednesday.
I only used 75# because I couldn't do prescribed. Did regular pull-ups.

Used the new pull-up structure for the first time. I love it. Felt like I had a better grip and I only had to put 2/3 of a mat under my feet to get to the bar.

Finished up this week's frequency method stuff - pull-ups were 9 x 16 and HSPU were 9 x 3. Five days of that makes me very excited to reset the number of sets for next week - it was probably too much volume - at least, this is what my shoulders and lats are telling me. I don't think it's the HSPUs - just the pull-ups.
