I used 123# for the deadlift since my back has been so bad lately. I think it was the right weight. The last few rounds I couldn't do them unbroken, so that says it was heavy enough, I think.

Time was 25:30. I misfigured the distance on my Down-backs (we started in the weight room and there were 1/2 laps involved etc. but I figured that out by about the last round...so then after my last set of pull-ups I didn't stop the clock I ran the rest of my run then. So this time included that extra running...which wasn't extra at all!

PR on the Pull-ups for me. Woot!
