Frequency method pull-ups and HSPUs this past week were 7 x 14 and 6 x 2, respectively.
Today I did some muscle-up work with 10# - I did 5,3,3,3,3 - kipping allowed.
I did not tape my hands very well, and on the very last one, I ripped a really nice chunk out of the same spot on both hands. I didn't even feel it coming until the 2nd to last rep.
