Not a great day for benching, but it's a 2-rep PR, so . . . that's good.
Deadlift TM=540 405-5 460-3 515-1
460 made me go check my pants afterward - everything was ok. 515 was tougher than I would've liked. I suppose C&J the day before might have played a role in that - I had wanted to try for 2 reps at 515, but after the first one, that would have been stupid.
