Trying to learn the hands. This time I tried to keep the bell in my fingers on the way down (as opposed to the palm). Ripped the crap out of my fingers. Let's not do that again.

There are reps where I realize that it's just perfect. No friction. No pain. Just need to figure out what I'm doing during those reps.

I missed the clean because I was stupid and didn't get my elbows around fast enough.
