22:08. I did this at the Wakefield park. The box jumps were onto a bench, which I'm guessing was about 14" high...then the run was very uphill on the way out, but then of course very downhill on the way back. I'm guessing around 200m but I have no idea, really. =) Seven rounds was a lot, but I think about right.
