I am weak. Very, very weak. I am glad I can do this lift, however, so I'll try to remember the bright side. =) I plan to figure out my next month's schedule pretty closely in the next few days.

The bike wod was awful...in a good way. Round 1 was okay. After that it got ugly fast. Total distance covered was 5.15 (subtracting a teeny bit for random extra pedaling between sets). I don't care if I do that one again for a while, that's for sure.

I also got my body fat "tested" by some machine thinger...I'll try to remember to re-test at the end of May. 22.3 was what the thinger said, but the guy told me that can be up to 2% off.

Went up to 155, then 135 x 1 x 5, then 145x1, 155xf, 155x1. Everything was power snatch.


Did HSPU work on parallettes.
