The metcon was later in the day.
Time - 9:46
15:19 total time. NOT GOOD. Burpees are slow to save my back, but the clean and jerks were SLOOOOW.
Round 1: 6:18
Round 2: 5:49
Round 3: 3:12
About 4 hours later...
Bike on trainer: 1:11:11, which is 15.17 mph. Not stellar...not horrible for this point in the season.
