The last set was supposed to be 495, but 500 looked cooler when I wrote it down. At any rate, I was hoping to get more than one, but going for two would not have been smart.

So far, it seems my lower body lifts are topping out sooner than my upper body lifts on 5/3/1. Both singles were very tough for squat and deadlift this week (more so for squat), but I got extra reps on both press and bench. Stay tuned . . .
