Rode total of 13 miles. I was trying to keep it "recovery" pace since today could well have been a rest day. Every 10 minutes I got off the bike and increased the tension. At 30 minutes, I changed the laundry...so that was about 2 minutes off the bike. =) The clock stopped after :15 though.
