Rest times were a bit off because the treadmill I was using had a long start up time. Also, my butt was extremely sore from the lunges the day before, so not my best run times.

Ave was 7:23, which was my average pace for last Sunday's 3 mile run, so that's good. I still want my 3-5 mile run paces to be back below 7:00 min/mile.

The muscle-ups were 5 x 3 and were all BW - this is the most strict muscle-ups I've ever done in one session.
