AMRAP - Used 30# DB's, was supposed to use 33#. =) 7 full rounds plus 7 KB Swings, 7 Push Press, 4 TTB. Grip killer.

Snatch
Worked up to 155, missed 165 a few times. This is probably largely due to my own stupid programming - I need to quit putting my run on Sundays if I want to snatch on Mondays (and this week had metcons on Friday and Saturday as well . . . dumb). Playing bball yesterday probably didn't help either. My legs - hamstrings especially - were darn tired coming into this today. On the other hand, I may also just be a wimp.
