Some light power snatching - technique work
A blast from the past - this was WOD #1 at the first TSC Competition last July.
4 rounds for time of:
10 Burpees
20 Walking Lunges
200m run
The lunges are done on the 200m "track" - when finished with the lunges, finish by running whatever remains of the 200m.
Kiley:
3 Rounds, not for time, of:
3 Weighted Pull-ups
5 Strict Pull-ups
7 Kipping Pull-ups

Pull-ups:
5# for weighted first round.
10# for rounds 2 and 3. I've never done pull-ups with that weight, and never done any holding the DB in my legs. Woot! These were NOT continuous pull-ups.
Metcon - I subbed out the Burpees due to my back and did 5 "Mat push-ups" and 5 24" Box Jumps instead.
Time was 9:23
