Got all reps on all lifts. All weights were PRs. I really need to repeat whatever combination of diet, sleep, and training culminated in today because it was awesome.
.....and I finally pulled 4 big boy plates on each side for a set of 5!!!
......at the advanced age of 35.

Worked on handstands. It wasn't great, but it was still good practice.
