For me today, far less exciting news. I just went and swam to get back in the water and hopefully not aggravate my back. I ended up doing 1 lap (down and back) of backstroke, then 1 lap of breaststroke, then 3 laps of freestyle. Rest 1:00. I did five rounds sort of. I did miss a lap or two...
