The arm pain was there, but it was manageable.

12:00 (or 11:60 as I first said to Becky . . . rounding up at 11:59 can be tricky)
BW = 220-225. (1.5)(225)=337.5, so that is what I used. The deadlifts were all continuous, which was good - I wasn't sure if that would happen.
It was a good workout - I had Becky on the running, we were about even on the deadlifts, and she had me on the TTB. I also got a nice tear during this WOD.
