I used 25# DB's. Last time I used 20#. This time I got 5 rounds EMOM, then I got 2 more full rounds, plus the cleans, push press, and 3 of the lunges done in the 8th round. Brutal. Not fun. I don't think I've ever felt so wobbly with DB's overhead.
Rested a few minutes.
Started to warm up for a CFE run, but my calves were all spazzy, so I did the WOD on a spin bike instead. I didn't track anything other than effort. It was good. Effort, I mean. =)
As I was doing the db wod, this older guy was in there and he was doing his db stuff, and as he left (and I was starting to jog on the treadmill) he was like "see ya later, workout queen!" which was funny b/c as I started the wod he had said "I know I can't do that!" which was funny...he was using 20# db's for his stuff.
