My arms were hurting, so I didn't go any higher than that. Unfortunately, when my arms hurt, I don't get my elbows around as quickly, which is why I missed those two cleans. They were plenty high.


Snatch
10 min - 1 rep EMOM
I used 135# and worked on getting good hip and knee extension. Not bad, but not where I want it to be yet. Then, still running EMOM, I did:
145-1
155-1
165-f,1 (both done within that minute)

Definitely, as the weight gets heavier, the extension gets worse. Also, my back was getting tired, and that doesn't help with form either.
