I did 2 strict muscle-ups, which was good considering the arm pain issues. After that, I did 5 x 3 of ring pull-ups (false grips) and then 3 x 5 of weighted ring dips (25# dumbbell).

That's right....I squatted 370 pounds for a set of five and pulled 400 pounds.....at the advanced age of 35.
