Snatch: 33 x 3 53 x 3 63 x 3 73 x 1 (second one was a fail) 73 x 1 (first was a fail) 78 x 1 (second was a fail) PR! ---78 was a Power Snatch, then I squatted to full depth, but it was a Power. 83 x 0 (fail)
I rested approximately 2 minutes between sets. NOT LONG. I was in a rush to get to my RUN!
At Urban, about 18 minutes or so after finishing Snatch.
1 mile TT at 1% incline: 7:21 PR.
Last 1 mile TT was 7:24 so...a small improvement. My calves were (and ARE) cramping up so I'm not sure what that's about, but I am thinking I could take a few more seconds off this time w/o too much work. Woot!
