12 days of punishment is OK for Saturday.

If we do that one in the morning will it be a problem working around pal league?

Unfortunately, yes, that will be a problem. We could do it in the afternoon, but I also realize that's when the guys and girls have games.

Maybe Sunday is better?

I would prefer Saturday from a purely selfish standpoint. (rest day Sunday, lift heavy on Monday) Either day will work though.

In order to go Saturday and use the gym, we'd have to either do a late evening workout after the games (~8:00-9:00) or we'd have to be done by 2:00.

The last PAL game starts at 1:00, so getting done early probably won't work. I'm in agreement on the lift heavy on Monday part (and thus rest Sunday), but I admit I'd kind of rather not do a late Saturday evening WOD.
