Snatch63#I just worked on form. Because it's bad.Metcon I did 1/2 clapping and 1/2 regular push-ups. Last time I did 3 clapping and 7 regular, so that's good. Last time was 8:11 and this time it was 7:12 so...that's a decent improvement.
