Run

The run is done outside. It starts at the beginning of the curb, goes down to the sidewalk that runs parallel to 156th St., and then back again (i.e., a down-back). The WOD starts at the curb with the run. When finishing the run, you run up the hill (on pavement) to the gym door and then inside, where you complete the 3 rounds. After the last round, you run outside, down the hill (on pavement), and then you do the same down-back run again, finishing the WOD at the curb.

Power Snatch up to a single at 155#. The wrist wasn't too bad. Not great, not bad. At the very least, it didn't get any worse.

All 3 were PRs. The 3rd lift had to be locked out (at the top) before the 20:00 timer went off - I set mine down just as the timer went off . . . pretty close.

All WODs had a 15 minute break between the end of one and the start of the next. We wanted to keep the last WOD under 15 minutes for everyone at the TSC competition, so having done it, we changed it to 2 rounds for the competition.

Good idea Becky Z on doing these WODs before the competition.!

7:33 (Obviously after the 7 minute cut-off.) I did power snatches for the first 35 reps. Then clean and jerk. I struggled to lower the snatch w/o dropping the bar, which took longer to reset. I was really happy with the 35 reps though, so that's good.
