My form wasn't so hot for squatting - I didn't send my hips back as well as I should have, and my back wasn't as tight as it should have been either. My back could still feel it a little from Saturday's deadlifting, but I think rolling on the double-lacrosse ball/sock thingy on Monday evening definitely helped loosen things up a bit. At any rate, I got the reps, so that's good.
