I subbed 110# barbell cleans because DB cleans are tough on the one shoulder. My thinking was that barbell cleans would be easier than DB cleans so I should put a little extra weight on the bar to compensate......and it's ONLY 3 rounds. As it turns out, that's a lot of cleans.......and I did a lot of sitting and sucking wind.
