Back Squat
45 - 5
135 - 5
265 - 5
--------
325 - 5
325 - 4
325 - 5

You don't get more reps on your last set than the middle one if it's a strength issue. You get that because of technique (or mental) errors. My form on the second set was all over the place. (knees sliding forward on one, weight forward on another, etc) The reps with good form were easy, relatively speaking.
I will squat 350. Soon.

Bench Press
45 - 9
135 - 5
--------
255 - 5
255 - 5
255 - 4

Deadlift
135 - 5
225 - 5
315 - 1

My back was still very tired from Thursday.

Did a little technique work on snatch first to work on extension and pulling under the bar - stayed at 60% or less.

For OHS, last week I did 185 x 9 - using Wendler's formula (he didn't create it, but he uses it in the 5/3/1 manual), this gives a theoretical 1 RM of about 240 (.0333WR + W), and a training max (90%) of about 215.

OHS (65%x5, 75%x5, 85%x5+)
140-5
160-5
185-10
