Did 7 reps EMOM

Snatching went well, which is why I did the two extra reps at 170 and 175. Technique obviously makes a big difference - 175 was pretty smooth today, and it was after 6 other reps EMOM, whereas I haven't hit 175 for the past two weeks just doing heavy singles.

170 was ugly, though.
