Getting back up there. This felt better than 435 did 2 weeks ago, which was the last time I deadlifted.

Half-Cindy was about 4 hours later. My back was definitely still tired (although not hurting).

10 rounds + 5 pull-ups + 5 push-ups

Lackluster.

6 full rounds plus 5 pull-ups plus 4 push-ups. Last time I got all the push-ups in this round. Pthththt.
