Expectant moment.....looking back through logbook for my time the last time I did this.....poo....3:00 slower.
I haven't PR'ed anything since I moved to the South. Must be the thick air down here.
1st Metcon was 3:00 on, approximately 1:00 off, as many reps as possible of Inverted burpee HSPU's. I went down to a 35# bumper and a 15# bumper.
Round 1: 23
Round 2: 19
Round 3: 20
Brutal. Shoulders were fried.
About 5 minutes later, we did Tom Cross's DB Complex. I used 25# and my time was 1:16. Last time I also used that weight and my time was 2:08.
