The shuttle run is a 100 yard down-back performed twice, i.e., 50 there, 50 back, 50 there, 50 back.
This was done outside at CHS in the back alley. 12.5 concrete tiles = 50 yards. (used DBs to keep the weight from rolling downhill)
Almost forgot - I inhaled something on the second 200 yard shuttle. It was either a piece of manure or a fly that lived in manure. I've swallowed bugs before . . . not fun, but no big deal. This was disgusting - I had the taste of manure in my mouth for the rest of the WOD (well, I know the smell of manure - this has got to be the taste - it was the exact same thing).
