I did this at Urban Active. It took me forever to get set up due to the box not being stable in the gym and sounding like it was ruining the floor. So I put it a bit outside the gym and had to go out there each time I did the jumps.
This workout was prescribed at 65# for women, but I didn't want to do that w/o bumper plates. Also it was prescribed to be with a med ball and not a DB, but they don't have a med ball that heavy at Urban.
CFE tonight was 5:00 on, 3:00 for three rounds. I used the metronome and did 92 first then 93 and that was right where I needed to be. It made the third round horrible. So...about perfect. =)
