Running Drills

Bench Press 90#

That's a PR for me. I'd previously done 85# 3 x 5. I've lifted 90# once and 95 once, but never multiples of either.

Then I fiddled around with L sits (average 6-8 seconds) and ring dips (did sets of 3 reps as low as I could go...still have a LOT of work to do on these).

100% of 5K pace.
(7:53 mile pace =v7.6 treadmill setting.)

Oh and for Tabata Run I put treadmill at 12% and 7.1 mph.
