Did my first WOD at a Crossfit box today - TitanFit, Indy.
The coach skipped the basics after watching me do some movements. Did "The Baseline"
FT: Row 500m, 40 Squat, 30 Sit-ups (with soles of feet together), 20 Push-ups, 10 Pull-ups
Time: 4:16
Rested, then TT 2000m Row
Time: 8:06 (rowing has never been great for me, anything over 500m and I can run much faster than I can row)
It was pretty good. Nice to have fellow CFers there to work with, etc. Price is decent, location is great (<1 mile from new home). Think I might try it out. I'll keep you posted on how it goes.

2 x 30 with a few minutes rest in between. I'm trying these out to see if I can avoid the lower back pain they occasionally cause. It didn't kick in until halfway through the 2nd set, so we'll see how it goes from here.

Man, that was slow. The tabata run was a PR though.
The 6:00 min rest was supposed to be 5 minutes, but I took a little too long walking around and not dying after the tabata run. Oops.
