3 Power Cleans, 135#/95#
6 Push-ups
9 Squats

Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles. Record rounds completed for each of the 5 cycles.

Did my first muscle up today!
Its not that I never thought I could, its that I never tried because I didn't have a place to do one. The globo gym certainly doesn't have rings and they don't have an actual straight pull-up bar. But, on the self-spotting, cage style squat rack there are some hand grips for pull-ups. I was practicing some chest to bar pulls for a WOD (21-15-9 95# OHS, C2B Pull-ups - 5:53) and got wicked high on my first few. So I went over to the cage, eyed up the height between the top of the hand grips and the ceiling and decided to try it. I got the muscle up! But it turns out there really its as much space as I thought (I hit my head on the ceiling). Might provide me with a spot to work on them, though and eventually incorporate them into a WOD.

Seriously, though, congrats on both the MU and finding a location for doing them.
