Seven Sevens WOD:
7 Rounds for Time

7 HSPU
7 135# thrusters
7 KTE
7 245# Deadlifts
7 Burpees
7 KBS - 2 Pood
7 Pullups

I subbed 100# Presses for HSPU.

I did have a PR on this workout: Longest Workout Ever.

1:19

That's....1 hour and 19 minutes.

I'm left with only questions.

Yes, this is a longer workout as prescribed, but not that long. All of those weights are weights that are well within my abilities and should be easily doable for a set of seven.

Am I getting weaker? (possibly)

Does the location have an effect? (Do lower altitudes mess with you in a similar yet different way than higher ones?)

I don't think it's sleep or diet. Those haven't really changed.

Am I jumping off the deep end? (maybe a little)

Rode 15 miles in 51:10 which is an average of 17.59 mph. My goal is to ride 25 miles averaging 17 mph so this was encouraging...
Riding with the wind at my back first was interesting. I turned around at 21:00 even...which means the way back was uh...30 minutes. Pretty strong wind.

Then I ran 4 miles in 37:42 which is average of 9.26 min miles. I don't know what I think of that time, but...there were also some street crossings etc. so...it was probably okay.
