I thought this was a PR, but...sadly it is not. My PR is 115 x 2. Sigh. But this IS the closest I've come to that in a long time so that's good. Onward!
Metcon: 5:48
I misunderstood the metcon, and thought I had another Crawl and maybe more Burpees left, so that was dumb on my part. Might have shaved a few seconds off had I not had that mental error.

This was bad. I was very tired, but still, this was really bad. I missed 3 times at a weight 15 lbs below my PR, and my last successful attempt was 25 lbs below my PR.
On the upside, it made me kind of ticked off for the metcon, so I scaled up the deadlifts to 300 lbs.

The deadlifts were all unbroken (as were the box jumps), but they definitely slowed me down on the jumps (and mentally on the transitions . . . too much break).
