I did 85#. My 2 rep max right now is 145, but that's pretty old. Limiting factor here was my back, so that's maybe good. This was my first attempt at this w/o being at Coach "Krusta's" place. I will do it again.

Hamstrings were screaming from the stretch - I should do this more often to work on the flexibility there. I wonder how getting out of bed will be tomorrow - it's fine now, but I wonder. I definitely thought it was possible that my hamstrings might seize up during the metcon's run.

Had this WOD planned for last week, but things got away from me. Did it yesterday. The gym finally has a 20# medicine ball. "Someone" requested it about 20 times in the last 3 months. I wonder who it could have been? (Wink). Also, convinced a guy at the gym with whom I've been talking up Crossfit to do this workout with me. He did. He wanted to quit after round 2. I did not let him. He finished his first ever CF WOD in 15:10 as rx'd. He's 45 yrs old.
My time: 9:15 as rx'd
