Pull-ups - 43
Push-ups - 45
Sit-ups - 95
Squats - 108
Total - 291
Last time my total was 264 so this was a good improvement. Most of the difference was in the pull-ups. I did one fewer push-up and and one fewer sit-ups. HA!

After work we did CFE run of 1:00 on, 1:00 off. I covered about 250m per round.

Total 444.
This is down 16 from my PR. Squats went up with every round at or above 20. But everything else went down. I couldn't find a rhythm for the pull-ups, push-ups were okay, but I changed the sit-ups a little bit - did them on an abmat with feet anchored under dumbbells as opposed the the "globo-gym sit-up machine" Overall felt okay, just sluggish.

I think this is 11 down from the last time I did this, and it's definitely lower than my PR. I tore during the pull-ups, and the squats were rough.

I was a little disappointed with the pull-ups (I was on pace to beat last time's number until the tear), but the rest was not all that surprising - it's just taking me a while to get my bodyweight exercises back to where they used to be. If I worked at them in a more dedicated fashion, the progress would probably come more quickly, so maybe I should do that . . .

In the evening at Buffett Middle school, we did 9 rounds of 1:00 on/1:00 off. I did this about two weeks ago - that was my first time using the Vibram Five Fingers (this day would have been the third, I think - for running, anyway).

We used the outside lane due to others using the track, so I don't know if I improved or not, but I definitely felt like I did.
