Grip was a major factor on the pull-ups. The leather gloves I brought were pretty slick for some reason, so I did the set of 18 with bare hands, and then I did the rest with some other gloves out in the garage - ended up with 2 new blisters.
Ring dips were slow, but at least that was somewhat expected, whereas the grip issue was a bit surprising.
Swim over lunch: Workout was just swim 600y. First 300y at 80%, last at 90%. I'd like a "Do over" on this workout. I got all freaked out thinking about the distance of the Hy-Vee swim, and just...didn't go hard enough because I was panicked thinking about the length of a DIFFERENT SWIM! Duh. Oh well.
